Nothing much has changed and things have been kept simple. With its white walls + dark wood it makes a very relaxed place for dining. Pivnica is the only part of the hotel that has been left untouched since the 70s and which serves the most local of fares.
Ivanka, our chef will prepare tasty grilled fish and meat in the open kitchen filling this traditional space with the aromas of the Mediterranean - garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme... just to mention a few.
The décor is traditional Dalmatian - dark wood paneling and beams with red tiles, fishing nets and photos of the old hotel as it once was. In the summer the outside terrace opens up with white table linens right in the middle of the lively resort.
Monkfish wrapped in pancetta, octopus salad, grilled chicken with gorgonzola and thyme and last we forget the most popular and traditional of local dishes - the delicious swiss chard dozed in best of local olive oils (and with a healthy amount of garlic).
