How can I reach the hotel from the Split Airport?
The hotel provides luxury transfers with the hotel car. Guests can take a taxi as well. The one way taxi fare is approximately EUR 40,00 and it takes about 30 minutes to reach the hotel. How far is the city center of Split and how can one get there?
We are conveniently located just 8 km southeast from the center of Split. The hotel provides shuttle bus service from April to October (subject to changes) at the rate of HRK 30,00/one way. Also, our guests can reach Split by taking the public bus service (bus stop located just off the hotel grounds) and by taxi.
Does the hotel provide parking?
Yes, we have a two level garage right next to the hotel and provide valet service. The cost of parking for hotel guests varies by season, but the range is between HRK 35,00 per day during low season and HRK 80,00 per day during high season. The garage has 350 spaces.

Check-in and Internet
Which payment methods are accepted by the hotel?
The major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, JCB) are accepted.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our guests can check-in after 14:00 (2pm) and check-out until 12:00 (noon). Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and occupancy at an agreed charge.
Does the hotel provide free internet?
The hotel provides free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel at the basic speed, which can be used for basic internet browsing, emailing, etc. Should you need more speed and capacity, higher speed internet is available at a charge.
Is breakfast included in all hotel rates and what is the serving time?
Breakfast is included in most of our rates, however there are also lower/prepaid rates that do not include breakfast. If the booked rate does not include breakfast, the cost would be EUR 15,00 per person, per day. Serving time is from 06:30 (6:30 am) to 10:30 (10:30 am) in the Spalatum restaurant.
What is the cost for children staying in the room with their parents?
Children up to 11 years of age accompanied by their parents/adults can stay in the room free of charge (on bed and breakfast basis) if they share a bed with their parents. Hotel provides baby cribs free of charge. Rollaway beds for children are available for EUR 25 per night.
SPA & Pets
Does your hotel have a SPA centre?
Yes, our hotel has a SPA centre with full services and facilities that include an indoor and outdoor pool, various saunas, fitness area, beauty services and treatments. All hotel guests can use the SPA and its facilities free of charge (except for beauty services and treatments) as it is included in their rate. Working hours are from 06:00 (6 am) to 22:00 (10 pm) - subject to change during the Christmas and New Year period.
Are pets allowed and at what cost?
No pets are allowed other than guide dogs.
All guest rooms and inside public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 150 EUR will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. Smoking is only allowed in designated outside areas.
